The beautiful breath and the gentle movement with each breath you take.
Katheryn is a certified, experienced and registered occupational therapist who has worked in mental health for over 10 years and she has a special interest in supporting children and young people to manage BIG emotions and develop self-confidence.
Mindful Kids is a structured skills based programme that has specifically been designed to help children manage BIG emotions by learning skills that help them to stay more present and calm so they can make better choices with better outcomes.
Katheryn offers private sessions for parents and adults who would like to develop their own self management tools and learn strategies to help ease anxiety and stress and become more mindful and satisfied as an adult and as a parent.
Yoga classes designed to help people step out of their busy lives for a short time to connect with themselves in the moment. Katheryn offers two group classes every week and private sessions for anyone who would benefit from more tailored therapeutic intervention.
School Holiday Programme
Our fun and interactive School Holiday Programme helps Kids gain a basic understanding of mindfulness so they can stay present in the moment. We kick off with some yoga and breath work to set ourselves up for the day!
